Red Dot award winner - Birkencrocs.
No-one can say I'm a great fan of Crocs. On the other hand I love my Birki's. The real ones, that is. The Tatami's. They are among the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. My Birkenstock Tatami's may not be pretty, but these Birkenstock made Croc knock-offs are worse. Hate them. But they have won a Red Dot Award, so someone must like them, bless their souls. Geert Wilders' "Fitna - the movie" out at last.
It's on LiveLeak since this morning, but how long it will remain is anybody's guess. All previous attempts by Wilders to air the short movie on Islam has been thwarted by the politically correct of the Netherlands in fear it might provoke muslim violence. It still may. But since muslims are allowed to have an opinion on us and our behavior, we should be allowed to have our say, too. See it now. Tomorrow may be too late.
